It simply doesn't run: No banner window, no error message, nothing. I was hoping the Fall Creators Update might fix the problem, so this weekend I upgraded to version 1709, and then reinstalled PowerDVD 17 and got the exact same results. Last week when I purchased and first installed PowerDVD 17, I was running Windows 10 Version 1607. If so, roll back to the previous version of Windows 10. There have been several install program problems with the latest Windows 10 Fall Update.
